Yoga keeps you conscious, it keeps you present. You wouldn’t even step onto your yoga mat unless you truly wanted to be the best version of yourself. You are here for a reason. The time you spend doing yoga is the spiritual practice you dedicate to yourself and the universe. Yoga makes you take action from the deepest part of your being. You begin to realize you’re part of a bigger consciousness of evolved human beings. The more you practice yoga, the more you realize that you’ve got work to do! And that work my friends...is to become the best version of your SELF.
Restorative Yoga reprograms muscle memory and rewires the nervous system to stop the cycle of pain and discomfort in your mind & body. Therefore, I invite you to experience this Restorative Yoga session to finally start releasing old negative patterns that are holding you back from reaching your full potential. This episode focuses on specific yoga poses that provide natural and gentle spinal decompression. These postures are held for 4 - 5 minutes, working deep into the connective tissue. Be prepared to have a yoga strap, yoga block, yoga bolster, wool or mexican blanket and a few pillows to serve as props and support for several of the yoga asanas presented in this podcast.
